returns policy (from the date you received your order)
to all of our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your
purchase then please send it back to us in "as received"
condition. Please ensure you e-mail us beforehand and
we will send you our return mailing address. Once returned
(at your cost) you will be refunded the amount of your
original purchase minus shipping costs.
We offer a lifetime FULL REPAIR
SERVICE, should your bag(s) be accidentally or
otherwise damaged. We will charge a small fee plus postage.
In order to preserve the beauty of your bag, please avoid
placing the bag on unclean surfaces. The vegetal tanned
leather is very sensitive to dirt... and will be very
hard to clean.
Keep it inside the dustbag, when not in use.
Use a all-metal polish cream such as "Wenol"
to keep the hardware shiny, in the event that it gets
rusted.
